following conditions:

1. Our logo may not be altered in any way other than overall resizing.

2. Our logo must be activated as a link to a page on the

3. Our logo may NOT be used on websites or written materials that
    engage in any of the following:

a. Participating in or advocating any illegal activity, "illegal" being
    defined as either violating the laws of The United States, or
    any of the 50 states within the United States, or any locality
    within the United States.

b. Content typically considered "obscene", including but not
limited to "XXX" or pornography.

c. Participating in or advocating the violation of rights protected by
    The Constitution of the United States, or the Constitutions of
    any of the 50 states comprising The United States.

4. Our logo also may NOT be used to indicate or imply Beer Blitz
support or opposition to any political party, political cause, or
political candidate.

5. The simple text "beerblitz.com" may be used instead of our logo
under the same guidelines indicated above.
